Week 11 Term 1 Library

Grade 4 made the library a world map out of brick.

 We will put some more bricks on the red map to match the existing brown colored bricks on our bookshelves. 

The librarian talked about brick masons to some of the students and the shapes of bricks. 

The younger students read the big book entitled "Help Sam Build." We researched about beavers, their dams and lodges. 

Some of us looked into classifying books according to genre. 

We have been updating our files with ISBN numbers, authors, publishers, and book formats.
