It has been another busy week,
and everyone has been so engaged and interactive.
At language time,
each student chose a friend, then drew a picture of that friend
and they had to say something that they like about him/her.
some of them said...
"I like (friend's name) because she likes dogs"
"I like (friend's name) because he is tall"
Students have also been enjoying playing with our new beads,
helping them to improve their fine motor skills and creativity
Our students enjoyed playing with the 'Rhyming Pups'
which helped students to develop their
fine motor skills; color, size and letter recognition
as well as to connect and make different words using the letters on the pups.
Matching Activity with lower case and upper case letters
Making words using letters
Story Sequencing remembering the story of the book and placing them in order
Our Buddy Reading times with Grade 5 has made
our students to enjoy reading books together or even
read books to each other
Developmental Play
Role-Play being a patient and a doctor, learning to take care of others
and to communicate and talk about the injury/pain
A Reminder!
Now we have Pre-K room borrowing books from the Library every Wednesdays.
You are welcome to keep it at home and read it with your child,
but PLEASE remember to send it back by the following week on Wednesday.
Thank you and we hope you have an amazing weekend!
