Week 7 Term 1 Learner Profile

During our Morning Meeting, a Dr. Seuss risk-taker quote was shared.

We read the book "Digger and the Flower." It is considered a risk-taker book in the Primary Years Program. A synopsis of the book goes like this: The scraper machine cut the last  flower in a city down. An excavator named Digger dug a hole and planted the seeds of the flower. He then watered the seeds and protected them from the wind. The seeds became flowers again.
