This week, we finished our writing on family migrations. We then compared answers to why they migrated. We made a graph and discussed our observations. We then read 'The Name Jar' and made connections to migration and culture.
In math, we had used manipulatives to help us add and subtract. We also joined together with grade 1 later in the week and enjoyed playing some math games. The students were very cooperative and enjoyed doing math together!
