Preschool - Me and My Body

Another busy week at school J

Following up with our traced and colored body last week, our students named all the parts of our body this week. They have been showing interest on our inquiry ‘Me and My Body’ and been learning the names of our body parts as well as what we can do with them.

We have visited the park few times this week and our students absolutely loved playing in the playground with their friends. (This helps them to build and improve their confidence in using their body – Gross Motor skills)

We have done lots of cutting this week (some of them are learning how to hold it correctly), painting (they loved experimenting by mixing different colors and discovering new colors), playing games together (number games, letters, colors, smart board games etc).

We also continued learning the letters Aa and Bb, shape ‘Square’, color ‘Green’, number ‘6’ this week!

FIELD TRIP INFORMATION

We have a field trip planned for the 27^th September (next Thursday) with Kindergarten to Aneby Trim Park from 10am to 12pm. Please let me know if you are interested in joining us to the trip J
