On Thursday, February 15, 2017, we had our 3rd Annual JIES Speech Contest. We were the judges, timers, decorators, and MC's. We finished up our unit on "How We Express Ourselves."
We will hand out consolation medals on Tuesday at our morning meeting.
Jin delivered a speech on "Sponge Bob Square Pants." Jin practiced until he remembered his speech.
Sana practiced for her speech and she talked about Pokemon.
Sumire made a speech about "The Good Dinosaur."

Beyza made a commercial about Tokyo. Her selling point was to have the "ride of your life." We will be showing more speeches and commercials in later Blogs.
