This week in Inquiry we were creative as we finished off our craft community workers.
We also spent time learning the lyrics to the Continents song for the Winter Performance, and had a look at some places from the continents on Google Maps.
We did shared reading on the mat and some risk-taking students who were sitting nicely and listening came to the front and thought of a questions about the book for the class to answer.
We studied 10 -i- cvc words this week. The students began the week by guessing what the words were from the picture prompts.
In Math, we did various addition games. We also combined our week's vocabulary words into the Math questions for further exposure.
The students were challenged to find these words in a wordsearch and match the correct picture to the words.
