To end our unit of inquiry on mapping, the students created maps of the city and connected them to each other. It was a lot of fun for them to piece together their work to make a city of roads. The students enjoyed making buildings, trees, bridges and different landscapes. Great work grade 3!
This week we also had one of our students teach our math class! She decided to do a review on telling time. The student created leveled worksheets for the class and even created some games to play! Thanks Celine for being a risk-taker and taking action on helping your classmates!
Finally today we had our dress rehearsal for our big winter performance on Monday! The students worked really hard over the last month and it showed! They cant wait for everyone to see their performance on Monday!
