Grade 4: Week 18: How We Express Ourselves: Indigenous Australian Art

In Grade 4, we have been looking at abstract indigenous Australian art and how they use symbols to tell stories about their beliefs.  The students have either written their own short story or their own version of a story they know that has a moral that represents a belief they have.  They are now working on using symbols and artwork in the indigenous Australian style to represent their story, its characters and setting.
