Grade 5/6 Week 6 How we express ourselves

This week, we worked on our portfolios. We took photos of our art works, put them in, and had peer and self assessments according to our success criteria. It was a good chance for us to reflect on how well we did our art pieces.

In Grade 6, we found a place on a map given its coordinates. We also used a scale to calculate the distance between two places on a map. In Grade 5, we used the scale to calculate the distance between two points on a map. We drew maps and plans from an aerial view.
