Week 2 in Grade 6

This week in grade 6 we have been busy tuning into our new unit and coming up with questions about how people change in various ways. We thought about our identity and what makes us 'Who We Are'.We have carried out some research about our physical self, out skin, muscles, teeth, hair and weight and shared our findings.

In Maths, we have been working with big numbers, into the millions and developing our understanding of place value and how to partition these large numbers numbers. We also developed our understanding of how these large numbers are useful in real life situations, looking at different populations.
